does It possible to receive Program Change with standard midi mapping madlab?

I would like if someone could fix the bug that have this utility. When u change a sound with program change, the sound goes off. Its just miliseconds, but when u are using live, sounds like an audiocard error.

there is a bug when i open projects all time i need to pick the same instrument {to awake from sleep} rack and then its working
