It provides an API connection to the Launchpad's User2 layer, and allows the user to control up to 8 modular plugins directly from the Launchpad. It is a simpler version of the full Monomod plugin. It only provides the Launchpad interface. I have removed the other API calls that were used in conjunction with the iPad control surface I built, so it should require fewer resources and load more quickly. If you would like one of your plugins modified to work with Monomod, contact me or pull apart one of its child plugins. There isn't much to it ;) Please provide feedback if you are having any problems or have questions for me. This is still beta, but is stable to the best of my knowledge. In order to use Monomod Simple, you will need one or more of the modular plugins that go with it. Plinko is a generative grid-based sequencer. I have published three of Stretta's patches that are modified for use with Monomod: TR256, Polygome, and Press Cafe. Also, I have ammended pixelmechanic's Boinngg. Each instance of a plugin must be assigned a seperate channel within its gui. To access that plugin from the Launchpad, hold down User2 and press one of buttons on the top row of the grid corresponding to the channel of the plugin (the actual grid, not row with the direction buttons). There are two more plugin's in progress for use with Monomod: Life, another generative life-rule based sequencer, and Loopview, a plugin to control, automate, and monitor Sooperlooper and Augustus Loop via OSC. It occurs to me that I should probably mention that you must have the Launchpad assigned as a control surface in Live's MIDI Preferences for this to work. All communication with the Launchpad is handled directly through the API. b93 @ 071510: updated swing factor. This will probably be the last version of monomod exclusively for Launchpad, I plan to make a version that contains all compatible models, so that there is support for multiple devices.

thanks for your work. this is much crashier with my launcpad than your normal monomod patch though!
