Description: | Neural Soundscape download: https://www.remodevicocomposer.eu/maxforlive/maxforlive4/ programmed by Remo De Vico #ableton #sounddesign #experiment Neural Soundscape is an experimental MaxForLive plugin that combines slow sinusoidal LFOs with neuron-inspired activation to create dynamic soundscapes. This unique system uses random timing and sample manipulation to generate evolving audio textures. At the core of Neural Soundscape is a low-frequency sine wave oscillator, or Neural Oscillation, which drives the triggering of six independent samplers. These samplers play sounds when "neurons" activate, responding to specific points in the LFO's waveform. Key Parameters Neural Oscillation (LFO Rate): Controls the speed of the sine wave oscillator. A slower rate results in more gradual neuron activation, while a faster rate makes the triggers more frequent. Random Timing: Introduces a degree of randomness to the timing and frequency of sample playback, resulting in a more unpredictable, evolving soundscape. Sampler Gain: Adjusts the output volume for each of the six samplers, allowing for individual control over the levels of different sound sources. Advice Ambient Soundscapes: Use slow Neural Oscillation rates and moderate Random Timing to create evolving, meditative sound environments. Rhythmic Textures: Increase the Neural Oscillation rate for faster, more rhythmic patterns, and adjust the Sampler Gain for complex, layered beats. Installation and Setup Drag and drop Neural Soundscape into your Ableton Live session. Load samples into each of the six samplers by clicking on buttons. I had good fun with this! But I think that it doesn't remember the selected samples after I reload my v12.1 project. Any ideas?
