Description:	soupcan is an EQ and dynamics processor mostly geared toward drums, but works great on anything. it gets real dirty and goes from snappy to absolute distortion/ compression destruction. used lightly its a powerful track sweetener and character tool. “headroom” mimics the input of a circuit, turning this up adds plenty of distortion without a volume increase. “pushpull” is a transient designer that can go from super tight percussion on the left of the dial, to full on over blown 404 compression on the right. “lo, mid, high” is a broad analog style EQ, with adjustable mid freq. “drive” is an analog style saturation that is post EQ. “out” is the output gain that comes just after a gentle “vintage” console type o’ EQ response. grump m4l plugins are made for fast and creative audio mixing. no values are displayed or exact numbers used, so you rely on your ears.
