Description:	White or Pink noise, followed by a versatile resonant filter bank driven by LFOs and a 16 slider gain window. LFO-panned outputs. Plus all that again for stereo enthusiasts. Lots of wind, rain, surf (add your phaser of choice) and other noise-based possibilities. Add Spectrum afterwards in the audio chain to monitor the spectrum. NOTE: The Frequency and Spread controls can give filters that are too high in frequency, and the filter 'stutters' or 'stalls' when this happens. the Spectrum display is your friend here. Keep the Freq control low at first, and the Spread control at 1. Watch what happens when you turn them up - they interact very tightly. (If you are wondering, version 0.1 was just too conventional, so I put it in my conventional bin.) (Oh yes, and the stand-alone filter as an audio effect is under development.) For v0.3 I've adjusted the ranges of the parameters to make it easier to use initially. Plus I've populated the Gain presets. V0.4 makes minor corrections to several features.
