Description: |
My first post to this wonderful devices collection. A four note tempo driven sequencer reminiscent (to me) of Philip Glass (so... that's why !) or Michael Nyman works. You can choose the notes pitch with the mouse or your midi kbd. Interesting time shifting possibilities with the delay options. For now, you have to change the 'drunk strength' setting to get it to work. Don't know why because there's an argument for the drunk step size... Everything is midi mapable because I like to keep control before trying the random stuff (even if I always end up clicking on it). Thanks to Broc and Chapelier Fou for helping me in splitting the chord from the kbd (damn unpack object...).
Version 1.2 brings small refinements + global control of note lengths and a kslider objects just to see the output/input notes. Note that the 'input' option' still is plagued by an unwanted behaviour : one note from the kbd gets stucked with the following chord. Also note that depending on the note length setting, the notes may not appear on the k slider. The workaround will be included in version 1.3 :-) |
