Sure, no problem!
You don´t have to arm the master bus, it´s just automation we´re recording and it works just like any other automation you´re recording, except that the automation envelopes are written into the master bus track in arrangement view.

I just realized that you actually can record your performance withPunchline as automation into Arrangement view!

Hi M3llo, glad you´re enjoying the device! There´s no way to record Automation on the Masterbus, you could set an Audiotrack to resample and print your performance to Audio.

However, the good news is that a pretty huge update is shortly to be released. It´s now possible to use Punchline on any track (one per track), this means you can record the automation into clips, all of it with full visual feedback on the grid. There´s much more to this release, stay tuned!

Thanks again :) Next up for VariationsForPush would be a 16 Pad Mode, meaning that you´d have 16 variations on the two top rows to switch variations so you can play an instrument and its variations at the same time.

Actually i already tried to make my device work with iftah´s Variations device but it´s going to be hard and i'm not sure it´s possible at all at this point. If i manage to do it i will of course post an update immedialtely.

if you place it before having a wavetable instrument in your track then it doesnt seem to work - maybe if it never finds a wavetable device, have it look for one anytime you click the randomize buttons, that way it will always find the wavetable instrument and you dont have to do it in order.

Thanks, I believe this would only work with a squarewave LFO, i consider it. However, I thought about adding a miditrigger, so that every note would randomize to a new setting or something that’s tied to the transport, which would result to what you suggested.
