how can i record my chopping session with mlr/mm4lr in live!

the only way is by "resampling" in an audio track ,by recording what you hear..?

LCC + monomemu + launchpad = latency

please help!

mlr is much more easy to groove, but i really need the editing in my session (live chopping) and as far s i know LCC can do that.
